FERNANDO HOUSE
It is decided to build Casa Fernando on the hill that our grandfather had chosen to build a restaurant. The concrete construction (Y formation) that grandfather started is maintained. Last construction that he carried out before passing away.

MARINA HOUSE
Built by our grandfather, Fernando Araya, for our grandmother Hilda in the late 80s. It was remodeled for the Punta Mala Lodge project in 2018.

TEAK HOUSE
Built in the late 90s. It was built as an open ranch with a thatched roof. It was remodeled in 2008 to form part of the Punta Mala Lodge project.

POCHOTE HOUSE
Built by our parents in the early 90s. Its name refers to the Pochote tree that is located near the house. House built for our family to vacation on the farm.
